23.01.2022 Eyebrow revamp for this #amazing #lady My client come to me because she was unhappy with her previous #tattoo #artist for some reason her #brows were not holding,the before #photo was some #tattooing she had a few months ago that’s gone #purple and #orange so I’ve corrected the #colour and given her a #combo #brow,that means half #microblading and half #powdered giving it a more #natural look,I am not % happy with the shape,but when you’re correcting other #artists work this is a little challenging,however we were both #happy with the outcome! #brows #browlamination #browinspo #browsonfleek #browshading #browshaping these eyebrows were done before we went into #iso

20.01.2022 My nut slice with all the nuts you see in my #pictures, ingredients mixed together using 1/2-3/4 tin of #condensedmilk #lemonjuice and rind with #coconutoil you can add #cinnamon powder to your liking! So I placed one cup of each variety of nuts you see in the pictures and 3 cups of #almondmeal I put 1/4 cup of #chiaseeds and 1/4 cup of #pinenuts ...Tip for crushing #nuts place each type of nuts into separate bags and cut the corner tip of the bags so when you hit the bags with your #meat mallet they don’t split,one that done just mix all ingredients together and place mixture into a tray and place in freezer until hard ,I used about 1/2 cup of #coconut #oil .....follow pictures for directions! 19.01.2022 Lemon and Vanilla Bean #Cheese Cake with #Almond meal,nut and coconut base! So it’s kind of #healthy !!! Recipe below Base 2-3 cups of almond meal 1 cup of shredded coconut ... 1 cup of copped walnuts 120 grams butter-softened 3 lemons use rind of all three and juice of 2 Mix ingredients and line pan as per photo Topping 2 blocks of 225 grams cream cheese I can skim sweetened condensed milk 3 lemons use rind and juice of 3 lemons and left of juice of any left over lemon from base 1 tblsp of vanilla bean paste Mix all ingredients together then add 1/4 hot water with 2 tsp of gelatine and mix with electric mixer until smooth and creamy Then place over base and for a quick set place in freezer for an hour or until set This #dessert it #absolutely #amazing and mostly #healthy #healthylifestyle #healthyfood #homemade #homecooking See more

15.01.2022 So when I got home from my #daughters today (I am in her safe bubble) after an 18 hour fast that I am doing six day per week I decided I had a sweet craving so I made these....I googled a recipe and changed it a little to make it kind of #healthy....by my calculation each cookie should be worth about 45 calories....Recipe below Oatmeal cookies with dried apricots,cranberries and pistachio nuts 1 1/4 cups of brown coconut sugar or raw sugar... One cup or 250 grams of butter or coconut oil-melted Two eggs 2 teaspoons of vanilla essence 2 cups of Buckwheat flour 1 teaspoon of baking soda Cinnamon to your liking I did about 2 teaspoons full Teaspoon of nutmeg 2 1/2 cups of oatmeal 1/ quarter of a teaspoon of salt/pink Himalayan One cup of dried apricots diced 1/4 of a cup of cranberries 1/4a cup of pistachio nuts crushed Cream butter sugar and eggs together with vanilla essence beat or mix until smooth and creamy I used a bar mix Mix flour oatmeal baking soda nutmeg and cinnamon in a separate bowl In I separate bowl place cranberries apricots and pistachios Then add your creamed sugar and eggs and vanilla essence to your flour and oatmeal mix and form a cookie dough texture then add your apricots cranberries and pistachios mix together until all ingredients are formed into a cookie dough Then get out approximately 2 1/2 teaspoons make into a round ball and flatten on baking tray put oven on high -180 and cook for 10 to 13 minutes or until golden brown kids and adults will love these cookies they are very similar to a muesli bar and so easy to make !
