22.01.2022 The Cosmo idea was brought to life back in the beginning of 2019 by a small and passionate team. After building a business which started from nothing and didn’t have any large investors behind them, now nearing the end of 2020 nearly 2 years later, the Cosmo team have been achieving great things for property investors across Bendigo and in surrounding regions. When faced with our biggest challenge, COVID-19, the team were afraid that all of the hard work that had been invest...ed into growing Cosmo had slipped through their hands. However this set back only motivated the team to work harder and adapt to all challenges that had been thrown our way. While still facing difficult times now, our team have exceeded our clients expectations by maintaining high occupancy rates across all of our properties and are continuing to increase as restrictions are easing. Navigating our way through these challenges has only helped us learn and grow not only as property managers, but as a team.
