18.01.2022 Essential oils are totally natural compounds extracted from parts of plants, flowers, and trees. Most essential oils have anti-microbial properties so they help purify the air naturally. Add a few drops of your favourite essential oil to an oil burner, dilute with a little water and your home or office will smell earthy and fresh- Without the chemicals.

13.01.2022 Make your own NATURAL oven cleaner with a few basic ingredients. Simply turn on the oven to 250 deg c and pour 4 cups of water into a baking dish/pan. Add a few Tbs of baking soda. Bake it for 45 minutes. Turn off the oven and let it cool. Pour some vinegar into a spray bottle and spray the inside of the oven, leave it for a few minutes. All the filth should come off easily with a cloth soaked in warm water (you can add some lemon juice or a few drops of essential oil to your warm cloth to make the vinegar smell go away). For a heavier duty clean sprinkle 1 Tbs of rock salt in oven and scrub before washing off with warm cloth..

02.01.2022 Help prevent those cold and flu germs from spreading this winter by disinfecting your toothbrush the simple and natural way. Add 2 Tbls of vinegar to 1/2 cup of water then stir in 2 tsp of baking soda. Leave your tooth brushes for half an hour. It's that simple

02.01.2022 A great way to naturally disinfect and spruce up your cutting board (especially if you have an abundance of lemons on your tree).. 1) Rub down the cutting board with 1 half of the lemon. 2) Cover the cutting board with rock/course salt. Let it sit for 10-15 minutes. 3) Use the previous lemon half and rub the salt into the cutting board. If it gets dry, squeeze some juice from the lemon as you scrub.... 4)Rinse with only water (no soap) and dry. See more
