It can sometimes feel a bit overwhelming, especially if you are time poor but you can still maintain healthy skin just by using a few basic skincare products. 1.Cleanse - Keep your cleanser in your shower to avoid mess. Cleanse 1x in the morning and 2x at night.... 2. Exfoliate - 1-2 x a week to reduce dead skin build up and promote blood circulation leaving your skin bright and healthy looking. Exfoliate in the shower to save time. 3. Moisturise - Apply a small amount on moisturiser to keep your skin hydrated. 4. SPF - Don't forget to apply sun protection every morning (Even if you are just quickly going to the shops) This will help prevent sun burn, sun damage, pigmentation and premature ageing.
