05.01.2022 The following information is for anyone considering coming to work for Costa Berries. In order to make the application and induction process easier and to ensure the safety of our staff and communities, we have made some changes to our recruitment process at most of our sites. If you have applied and been accepted for a position with Costa Berries, you will complete your induction online and will not be required to attend a face-to-face induction. The online induction contain...s all of the information you need to know about coming to work with Costa and you can work through this information at your own pace. The recruitment process will be as follows: You submit your application and we review the information you have provided. We will contact you if we need additional information so keep an eye on your emails! Once we have reviewed all of the information and decided that you are suitable for a role, we will email you a new employee pack that contains paperwork and information that you need to complete. This will also contain a link to your online induction. After we have received your completed documents and when we have a start date available, we will contact you and ask you to book in for your preferred start date from the selection available. Please be aware, you must book a start date at least 48 hours in advance. A few days prior to your start date you will receive additional information from us about your start date. You will attend the site on the start date that you selected please be aware that this will be your first day of work so you need to come suitably dressed and with all necessary items! This process is currently in place at our Gingin (Western Australia) and Corindi (New South Wales) sites, and will soon be introduced at all other sites.
