24.01.2022 To all our beautiful loyal CQW customers, I wanted to reach out and let you know how CQW is operating in the current COVID-19 world. I have decided to keep the business open, albeit from a semi-non-contact platform. What this means is that for the moment the shop front will remain open by appointment only. As I am limited with the amount of people allowed in the space (and I am encouraging people to stay safe at home), I felt it best to allow my customers the chance to still ...come to the shop but have peace of mind that they are in as safe an environment as possible. If you would like to come in, please telephone the shop 02 9997 4661 and I will help you out. In saying that, until further notice these are our new shop hours: MONDAY FRIDAY: 9:00am until 5:00pm SATURDAY: 9:00am until 1:00pm SUNDAY: Closed What I am really trying to encourage is for you to reach out by phone and/or Instagram DM to shop I am finding this to be quite successful and it is going to really help in ensuring CQW is able to survive what is truly an unimaginable period of time. I am available to walk you through the shop and assist with your projects. I am going to be uploading different kits, design ideas and products to both Instagram and Facebook that will help keep us together. If there is anything that you would like I can sort it out and get it to you through our courier and postal service. A very important (albeit unfortunate) point that I have to raise is that, as you all know, given the social restrictions, I have had to make the decision to postpone all classes/workshops. I cannot stress enough how temporary this is as soon as I have word that the restrictions will be lifted, I will be reaching out to notify of new class dates. One of my favourite elements of owning CQW is seeing everyone thrive when they are in class but understand it is a small sacrifice we must all make in order to keep our community and loved ones safe. What I would like to stress to you all is that I have every intention of returning to business as usual as soon as I am able. I strongly believe that CQW will be able to return to normal business and hold-out hope every day! As soon as I am able, I will resume the classes and workshops and I know our beautiful teachers will be bursting to see you all again. Stay safe, healthy and together through these perilous times. 09.01.2022 What a crazy year weve had at CQW - and it was SO MUCH FUN . As some of you may know, I have had ongoing issues caused from a bad hip which I have thankfully had surgery to fix and and am now on the mend. Thank you for everyones well wishes and support it means a lot. Unfortunately though this little surgery road bump has meant we have had to close a bit earlier this year for the Christmas/New Year holidays and return later than expected. Therefore our last day of 2019 t...rade is tomorrow, Wednesday 18 December, and we will return Monday 13 January 2020. We do sincerely hope this does not cause any inconvenience to our beautiful CQW friends! On behalf of my own family and the CQW family we wish you all a very warm and merry Christmas and a safe and happy new year. We look forward to seeing you all in the New Year.... we have some exciting times ahead in 2020
