We will do our best to keep you up to date where necessary. * Emergencies are classified as life threatening or a disruption to major roads.

18.01.2022 Okay, gather round... those who understand the ‘if it’s flooded, forget it’ concept may be dismissed... those who (and we know you are out there) say hold my b...eer remember... Unless your vehicle a Bond style submarine, no matter how much you want it to be, don’t... just don’t like these folks.

18.01.2022 Can you imagine? Check out the video below to understand why it is important to be ready for the Bush Fire season. A Bush Fire plan is not a one time thing. I...t should be revisited every year and adjusted where needed. Remember you can get a fire plan from your local brigade, Fire Control Centre, download the App ‘MyFirePlan’ or download a plan from the NSW RFS website and look under ‘Resources’.

07.01.2022 It’s National Volunteer Week and we’d like to say thank to all of our volunteers across the state for the valuable contribution they make to the NSW RFS, and to... their communities. Without their dedication and commitment, the devastation and losses across the past fire season could have been far greater. Thank you for changing communities and changing lives. See more
