Not only does Tims work meet a strong standard where he delivers on time and leaves a clean work space; his company respects your home. Above all, literally the best communication you could possibly expect from a professional, like where does he find time to respond to my emails so fast at all hours.. very impressed. Greatly recommend to anyone after a reliable plumber."

19.01.2022 Was called out at 9.20 last night by a client in a bit of a panic. They heard a small bang in the kitchen and found water pouring out of the cupboard. A flexible hose had burst and they were unsure of where to turn the water off. So check your flexible hoses for any signs of corrosion or wear and know where your mains tap is. Also check to see if it turns off easily and fully and if in doubt call a plumber. (Like me)

10.01.2022 Heres an old type of poly pipe no longer in use that a hole appeared and pushed water up through th paving. But these clients have had to have the water service repaired about 15 times in the last 10 years as it has broken down. We replaced it with the modern and better replacement option. Hopefully they wont need us again for a while.

06.01.2022 This is what happens when the wrong size grate is supplied to the tiler and he is in a rush. He used a very wet screed and it ran down around the bottom of the grate and into the gully trap, if the correct sized grate had been used, the grate would have sealed inside the pipe and not allowed the wet screed to run into the pipe. The problem was discovered after everything had been tiled installed and completed. As the trap was completely blocked with mortar it was impossible t...o clear it out effectively. The toilet and basin had to be removed again and the tiles and concrete floor removed then the gully trap and drain replaced. Then it all re installed again. Owners not happy about the extra cost which is very reasonable when they are relying on trades to know what to do. A costly series of errors. See more

05.01.2022 We found a badly installed sink drain that had been adapted to the old metal drain pipe using pressure pipe. It was constantly blocking. We then had to fit a new trap and replace the old sink waste pipe to the external gully. Job well done!
