18.01.2022 *** Thank You Hon. Premier Mark McGowan *** (Disclaimer: the following is my personal opinion as a community leader and a responsible citizen of Australia. My i...ntention is not to hurt anybody. Rather it is to share my thoughts.) It is my great honour and privilege to have met Hon. Mark McGowan (Premier of Western Australia) this afternoon in Mandurah. During our conversation, I thanked him for his outstanding dedication and commitment to keep our home, Western Australia one of the safest places on earth during this COVID-19 pandemic period. Well done Hon. Premier Mark McGowan. As a non-political community leader, I must mention at this time you are the most popular person in Western Australia regardless of any political views. I may disagree with your policy towards Mandurah but I must salute you for your extraordinary leadership in this COVID-19 period. We have not and will not forget your bold stand for the border closures against tremendous pressure from the Federal Government and Mr. Palmer’s lawsuit as well. You did not compromise our safety. This is a fine example of true leadership. You deserve another term as Premier of Western Australia. Although I very-much would like to see that. I am not sure yet whom I will vote for in the upcoming State Election. It all depends though on your policies towards our Mandurah. In my observation, we people of Mandurah are the most neglected. We deserve better. The Mandurah seat is and has been a Labor seat for the last 20 years. But it should not be taken for granted any more. I strongly believe, that in this upcoming State Election, the people of Mandurah will make sure that they firmly have a seat at the table.

14.01.2022 ***** Enclosed Dog Park for All! ***** Lakelands residents need an enclosed dog park NOW! Please shout out if you agree. Enclosed dog parks and skate parks are... basic necessities needed in each and every Ward. Together we can make this achievable. I am looking for your feedback on the issue. Your support will help in many ways in achieving this goal.

07.01.2022 I am taking a well deserved break up North. 2020 has been a very busy and chaotic year for me. Every week I receive numerous questions, queries and concerns fro...m residents. I am always with the people and I have to say, I enjoy helping the community very much. However since I am on holiday, please note that I won’t be able to respond to you as quickly as I have done previously. Please keep sending your correspondence through, I will be able to respond fully after the 15th of January. Thank you all for your kind understanding.

04.01.2022 *** The Job Is Not Done Yet *** (Disclaimer: The following is my personal opinion as a community leader and a responsible citizen of Australia. My intention is ...not to hurt anybody. Rather it is to share my thoughts.) Dear Residents of the Northern Suburbs of Mandurah, it is my great pleasure to inform you that my Notice of Motion on a skate park and an enclosed dog park in Lakelands got the Council approval last night (19th January, 2021) unanimously. Thank you, my fellow Councillor colleagues, for your kind support. According to my Notice of Motion, the City Officers will now provide a detailed report on appropriate locations and other related information for the constructions of a skate park and an enclosed dog park in the May 2021 Council Meeting. I am very much excited for the outcome. But not satisfied yet. Because, this is just the beginning of the process. I just put the train on the right track. It has a long journey before it reaches the station. However, I am determined to deliver as I promised in my election campaign in October 2019. I prefer to build these amenities in the Lakelands area not only through rate payers money but also through State Funding as well. That is why as a non-political community leader, I will strongly lobby to the candidates of both the major parties for the necessary funding’s. I am fully aware that I am not an official spokesperson nor an official lobbyist for the Council. However, as a dedicated community leader, I will do my part. I strongly believe, no Local Government laws or act can stop me on doing that. I do not give any sort of lip service. I have already started my campaign for the funding of the projects stated above and I will continue to do so. Yesterday (19th January), the State Liberal Party have declared $2 million for the proposed skate park in Lakelands. I strongly believe, our sitting MP, the Hon. Minister David Templeman will match the amount if not higher. I always say, I believe in "People Power". Now I need your support wholeheartedly. Please put pressure on both the major parties and make sure no party will take your votes for granted. Please watch this space, more updates will occur in the coming days. Thank You All.

04.01.2022 ***** The People have Spoken ***** Thank you, residents of the North Ward. I am very happy to see your overwhelming support for a new Skate Park and an Enclosed... Dog Park in the Lakelands area. Within a few hours of my Facebook posting, I received a few hundred positive comments, text messages, emails etc. I am a man of my word. Although I was on holiday, my heart was in Mandurah. I have therefore managed to file a Notice of Motion in favour of a new Skate Park and an enclosed Dog Park which I will move in next week’s (19th January 2021) Council meeting. I have attached the Notice of Motion for your convenience. This is just the beginning of the process. Please, stand by me. I know how to get the job done. I strongly believe, this Notice of Motion will get Council approval unanimously.
