24.01.2022 It's gone!! I now am booked from Thursday till Sunday. Some Qld people noticed I was vacant Fri & Sat night on my Airbnb calendar & are travelling down to stay.

22.01.2022 I have just received a cancellation for Easter so I am offering a 2 night special for 2 adults, Sat. 11th-Mon 13th April $240 & includes Continental Breakfast p...rovisions. I can also offer a 3 night package for $340 for 2 adults. Extra Adults can be arranged up to 5 adults, or 6 sharing 3 queen bedrooms for $30 / extra adult. This includes Continental breakfast provisions. I'm sure there should be Clare wineries to visit or the Clare Races or if you prefer, just some quieter activities of site seeing or fishing at the River or Bundaleer Reservoir. See more

19.01.2022 It is so good to be back in business. Doors re-opened in June & travellers & walkers are now on the move again. This week I have been able to provide warm accommodation & electric blankets for bike riders & Mawson Trail groups, running from Quorn to Burra. July is busy with school holiday bookings but the last week in July is still available. There are still a couple of weekends available in August due to cancellations from Victorian travellers, if anyone is wanting to walk on the Heysen Trail or go fishing. Come in on a Thursday & have a very nice takeaway from Bruce's Diner & a meal at the Spalding Hotel on the weekend. Sunshine in the daytime couldn't be brighter.

19.01.2022 It's so sad to find out that our country is encouraging the extinction of our most loved Australian species. Koalas are unique to Australia & we should be doing every thing we can to maintain their natural habitat.

14.01.2022 Country bakehouse has had a cancellation on Sat. 11th - Mon. 13th so is now available Friday night till Tuesday Morning14th April....and all that week as well. If any one is looking for accommodation in the Clare valley or mid North, this would be your perfect venue. I guess there will be Easter Races in Clare & lots of wineries open for meals. Special Rate $120/ night for 2 adults & extra adults $30 each. ($180 for 4 adults / night.
