23.01.2022 Who is ready to find their T-Zone again?! So, at the beginning of this year I was all prepared to start up classes again, I was just about to pull the trigger and then the world stopped - so I had to too To ease back into it (and because of all the extra precautions required to do classes at the moment), I am grateful to be able to work with the Pinnaroo gym to start classes back up! ... The gym is offering all gym and non-gym members the chance to participate in classes offered by a few local instructors. It will be a 5 week block starting the week of the 20th of July. This is run entirely through the gym so please see the attached details or head to their Facebook page for more information. . . . Pilates classes will run: Monday evenings: 5:30pm-6:30pm and 7pm-8pm Tuesday morning: 9am-10am . . . ***BOOKINGS: Please note that all bookings are to go through the gym. Simply contact them on:0480 288 078 to secure your place! . . . This is a great start to getting back on track and I will revise my plans at the end of the 5 weeks Look forward to seeing you there!

22.01.2022 Merry Christmas!

12.01.2022 Hi Pilates People! Looking forward to working with you all over the next 5 weeks! Just wanted to touch base and give you some information about Pilates and what to expect for your classes. Classes will run a little differently to what I have done in the past for those of you who have done them before. The classes will be general all over body workouts rather than specific intensity classes. Each class will have a mix of strengthening and stretching exercises, and as always w...e will finish with some relaxation and mindfulness. For those new to Pilates, I want to stress that these classes will be beginner friendly and that you don’t need to be a fitness fanatic to benefit from the classes. Most importantly Pilates is what YOU make it. Each exercise will have alternatives to make it easier or more difficult, you are encouraged to listen to your body and rest when a if you need to. Pilates isn’t fast-paced as it requires a lot of mental awareness and mind body connectedness so you are given time to work at the pace your body allows you to. I hope that clears up some questions you may have. If you have any concerns please feel free to have a quick word with me (following COVID safety rules of course!). Last thing! Everyone will have up fill out a form for me before their first class - even if you have done one previously. That’s it for now! See you all next week!

03.01.2022 Last course (for now) done and dusted! I set myself a goal last year to get my last two online courses done before February 2020 and I did it! Yahoo! I hope to share with you my new skills in the near future. There are some really awesome stretching with the foam roller! Also the added challenges and dynamics that small equipment can bring to a workout! Can’t wait to run some more classes this year, if you’re interested let me know in the comments or if/when you see ...me around so I know if there is still interest in the area and I can try to work something out Good luck to all those who have kiddies starting school this week - JP is very excited to start Kindy! Talk soon! #howquicklytimeflies #pilatesforeverybody #pilatesheals
