19.01.2022 Mariannne’s Sticky Drumsticks Recipe: Preparation: 15 minutes To Cook: 50 minutes... Ingredients: 1 kg Drumsticks 1 jar Country Cuisine Mango Chutney 1 Handful Fresh Coriander 1 Fresh Chilli 2 Limes 250 g Cherry Tomatoes Method: 1. Preheat oven to 180C or 160C fan. 2. Combine the drumsticks, mango chutney and chopped chilli in a bowl. Arrange in a baking tray and bake, turning once for 50 minutes, covering with foil for the last 10 minutes of cooking. 3. Half the limes and the cherry tomatoes, place with chicken on a serving tray and sprinkle with freshly chopped coriander. Serve with rice.
