20.01.2022 COVID-19 Health Alert 18 December 2020 [Prohibited locations] People who have been in a prohibited location during the listed dates/times are not permitted ...to travel to South Australia at this time, unless they meet one of the Essential Traveller criteria: Avalon Bowlo, Sunday 13 December 5-7pm or Tuesday 15 December 3-5pm Avalon Beach RSL Club, Friday 11 December (all day) Anyone currently in SA who was at one of the above locations must self-quarantine immediately and call the Communicable Disease Control Branch on 7425 7166 (8am 8pm). [High Community Transmission Zones] The following areas have been identified as High Community Transmission Zones: Northern Beaches Council (entire LGA) Penrith (suburb) Lavender Bay (suburb) If you have been in these High Community Transmission Zones since 11 December you must: self-quarantine immediately at a suitable location for 14 days. get a COVID-19 test immediately, on day 5 and again on day 12 of the self-quarantine. Some people may be asked to have additional tests. wear a mask when you seek testing and advise testing staff you have visited one of the NSW Health locations of concern. even if you return a negative test result, you must remain in quarantine for the full 14 days. people who live with you and/or travelled with you also need to self-quarantine immediately until they receive further advice from SA Health. call the Communicable Disease Control Branch on 7425 7166 (8am 8pm), even if you have already spoken to an interstate health authority. [Other areas of concern] People who have recently arrived from NSW should monitor the NSW Health website for the latest updates: www.health.nsw.gov.au//Pages/case-locations-and-alerts.aspx Anyone who has visited the locations on the dates/times listed on the NSW Health website under the Monitor for symptoms heading, should seek testing immediately, even if you do not have any symptoms, and isolate until you get your results. You do not need to self-quarantine if you receive a negative test result, but you should monitor for symptoms and get re-tested immediately if symptoms appear.
