22.01.2022 Step 1 Get your free range USA pork ribs hole swiveled by us to your door ;) Step 2 Give them a good spice rub of your liking and wrap in baking paper and foil with a good dollop of butter to increase the fat ration to protect them during their slow cook (free range is much leaner). Step 4 slow cook on around 90 degrees for as long as you want around 4-6 hours is best. Step 5 generously baste with your favorite BBQ sauce both sides and then put under your ovens grill on high meat side up for about 10min or until the bbq sauce is bubbling but not burned.
