25.01.2022 A warm welcome to Country Valley extended to @moorestreetgeneral in #austinmer. And check out the range of local products they use. Very impressive.

21.01.2022 The @thestoremenangle, right in the middle of historic #Menangle is a great supporter of local produce. The shop is full with all your basics. Country Valley dairy, Sonoma Breads and pastries and grab a Mecca coffee for the road #thestoremenangle #menangle #wollondilly #douglaspark #camden #picton #campbelltown #shoplocal #supportsmallbusiness #

21.01.2022 Here is a new free delivery service on the Northern Beaches called @bundlfresh. Check out their website at bundlfresh.com.au and order away if you find it difficult to get our products. B U T T E R I S B E T T E R If Bundlfresh is bit like your old fashioned Milkman, then @country_valley is your old fashioned Dairy Farm that sells its' own milk. Based on the outskirts of Sydney in Picton these guys are passionate about delivering exceptional quality and ethically p...roduced dairy products. To compliment this new offer we are also excited to have Sydney's famous butter icon, @pepesaya products on the site. This is butter on another level. You can find both these vendors in the Milk and Dairy section and they are available Monday to Saturday. Worth adding to your next Bundl. See more

19.01.2022 How do I make that bottle of milk? By looking after the cows. I’ve shown you how we cut and bale the silage. This is how we cart it so we can feed it out over summer if it’s hot and dry or next winter when it’s cold and dark. And it’s a very fiddly job because if you tear the plastic the air degrades the silage. The life of a farmer!

19.01.2022 I’m here at the wonderful @nthsydmkts with Darren from the @thelittlecoffeeco. Darren will be selling our milk and yoghurt every two weeks. As well as a great coffee.

14.01.2022 See you @nthsydmkts on Saturday! We really appreciate that @thelittlecoffeeco use @country_valley milk in the coffee they serve at Northside Produce Market. We’re so pleased that as of this Sep 5th market, you can buy this award winning, real milk and yoghurt at their stall. John Fairley, owner of County Valley and the family's 6th generation to be working the dairy farm in Picton, will be at the market on Saturday. So be sure to sample some yoghurt and ask John why the lush, early Spring grass creates a sweeter milk? #real #unadulterated #milk #yoghurt #dairy #farm #happy #caredfor #cows #picton #countryvalley #thelittlecoffecompany #lawson #bluemountains #coffee #roasters #barrista #nthsydmkts

13.01.2022 Great job from our friends at @twochapscafe and @single_o. On Friday the 16th of October we promised to donate $2 from every coffee sold to StreetSmart to help in their action against homelessness. Thank you everyone who helped support this great cause especially to the team at Country Valley Dairy & Single O. It's amazing what a community can do! There's still time to make a personal donation online through the StreetSmart website.

13.01.2022 Hot day. What better place to be says Sox.

11.01.2022 For anyone local to Picton please support Trent @whois_moses or Moses Barnes on Thursday for RUOK day. Coffee is free and we will supply free milk. Trent is asking for a gold coin donation for this great initiative.

10.01.2022 Breakfast is over there girls. Keep walking.

09.01.2022 It’s always great to shop in the covered @carriageworksfarmersmarket. You can always get a great deal at the Farmers Market - shop seasonally and get to know local producers. We sent our team out with $50 to grab a Market haul for the weekend and beyond. Our friends at @prickle_hill_produce told us to grab a paper bag and fill it to the brim with seasonal citrus, all for $5. They also gave us some extra fragrant lemon leaves. The giant sourdough loaf from @shepherdsbake will last the week, and go great with eggs from @farmerrods.Drumsticks from Thirlmere Poultry Supply are perfect for a family picnic and vegetables from @block11organics and Produce by the River will make a delicious spring soup See the full details at the link in bio.

09.01.2022 Spring is here when looking at the temps in Sydney so check out the healthy options at I Fresh Corporate for your office. Includes our milk of course!

08.01.2022 CafeSmart is this Friday! It’s their 10th year and the 6th we’ve proudly been involved - once again this year we’ll be teaming up with our great friends @country_valley to donate every cent from every coffee we sell during the day to help homelessness in our local area, which I’m sure you’ll agree is more important than ever in these tough times. We hope to see you on Friday (we may even let you sit inside ) but please feel free to donate via the QR codes displayed in the cafe all week if you can’t make it then #cafesmart #helpyourhood #standbythis

08.01.2022 When you fall back in love with farming again. Everyone knows how tough we had it with three years of drought and three months of bushfires at the end to top it off. How different it is this year. We have had constant rain for 10 months now and life is so different. We have cut the grain back from a load every 6 weeks to a load every four months. We buy a small load of hay... and straw for the calves every 6 months instead of every 2 weeks. Which paddock of beautiful grass do we put the cows into today? And the creek and dams are full. The cows have put condition on to be in perfect milking condition. We sold some steers for record prices last week. Wheat and hay prices will come down as long as the harvest goes well out west. For the first time in twenty years we have made silage twice, with a cut to come and store for winter and summer if we have feed shortages. Sally and I are taking a day off mid week. After no holidays during the drought we are getting small breaks now. Question. How do I turn my hair from greyer to darker without chemicals?

08.01.2022 A pleasant surprise to find my milk in @sonomabakingco in #Bowral. They are a great supporter of local produce serving great coffee and @pepesaya butter in their croissants. The best combo.

07.01.2022 This little gem of a shop is well worth checking out, especially if there is a Double Crème Brie at the end of this rainbow!

03.01.2022 Local milk for your office.

03.01.2022 For the second time in 20 years we are making silage. Yay. We have kept the cows off this paddock for six weeks and let it grow. This machine cuts the grass with discs and then crimps/squashes the grass so it dries out better. We need to get it from 90% moisture down to about 50% and then we bale and wrap it as I have shown you before. We then feed it out in summer if it is dry or next winter when it is too cold and dark to grow the grass.

01.01.2022 Let’s lighten it up. Happy New Year everyone.
