17.01.2022 With Judo multiple World Champion and Olympic Gold Medalist Kosei Inoue. Now the Head Judo Coach for Japan he traveled to Australia to watch the Japanese Judo T...eam partake in the applied resilience training for elite athletes based on Special Forces Selection methodology being conducted at the Australian Institute of Sport Combat Center. Inoue Sensei is one of only four Judo players in history to win three World Gold Medals and three All Japan Gold Medals. This was the only time the Japanese Judo Team has come to Australia other than to partake in the Olympics. Amazing experience to have been part of. #judo #judochampion #ais See more

16.01.2022 From turtle, attacking the wrist with Kote Hineri/Sankajo/Sankyo when my opponent attempts to cross face me. #blackbelt #tomiki #yoshinkan #gyokushinryu #aikido #bjj #jiujitsu #jeanjacquesmachadoassociation #paulcale

13.01.2022 The interesting thing about having a deep knowledge of wrist locks is that they can be adapted to almost any position in which you also have a good understanding of.

12.01.2022 Great night with CTC and ICC.

10.01.2022 A competitive application of Kote Gaeshi (wrist turn) for BJJ. Wrist locks are not often used as a go to because of the limited application in competition with ...them being deemed illegal in many combat sports. Outside of Tomiki Aikido, BJJ is a style that allows wrist attacks and here is an example of a Kote Gaeshi hidden within a Judo style grip that I get a lot of success with. Give it a try at let me know how you go. #jeanjacquesmachadoassociation

07.01.2022 Great to have the Master of BJJ in the house

07.01.2022 Slow down, build exact neural pathways. The less you need to think about your movements the smoother the practice will become. Precise movement that doesn’t require thought and that can be repeated at will is the only true fast.
