21.01.2022 Just checking in with everyone. When you are looking for a touch of COURAGE I find that spending 5-10 minutes of mindful breathing does the trick. In fact 60 seconds can quiet your mind. Sometimes I simply use the visualisation of breathing into my heart- in for the count of 4 out for the count of 4. What works for you?
