As the owner and head chef of Courgette I would like to take a moment to thank all our guests who have supported Courgette for the past 20 + years. It’s been a true honour creating moments with you all. To the team that was, to the team that were, w...e couldn’t have made it through without you. The hours worked, the jokes we made, the customers we served, the food we made. The change of time the trend that changed. We achieved it all & that has made me proud. The end of the era for the short term but not for the long-term...
