23.01.2022 As at 3rd February 2016 settlement agent fees will be deregulated, which means settlement agents can charge what they wish for settlement!! 21.01.2022 I hope everyone had a happy new year!!! 1st day back and it has been madness!! The most common issue I have received over the festive season is queries about settlement date! If you know that you are going away, or make special conditions on your contract that you have to adhere to (painting, shire approvals etc), then please allow sufficient time for settlement. It is best to make an ACTUAL settlement date on the contract ie 28th February 2016 rather than 21 or 28 days f...rom finance approval, etc! If finance is approved earlier then your settlement date becomes earlier!! If you stick with an actual date/day of settlement then you know exactly when it is and can only be changed if both parties agree to it! Dont get caught out with not knowing when settlement date is, have the real estate agent write an actual settlement date in the contract. I hope this helps you in the future

09.01.2022 Hi Everyone.............. WellI i have settled will into my new office but wish to share my experience of poor customer service with you!! Advised Telstra 3 weeks before the move to divert my phone number to the new number. (specifically spoke/emailed Belmont Business Centre)....................... didnt happen on the due date hence 3 days of lost business and my time to chase them up and correct Advised Australia Post 1 month before the move to redirect mail from the 30/10.../15................. they didnt do this until yesterday!! Went into my Bank 2 weeks before move to change my address details with them.(thought it best to speak to a real person).................. received mail today from the bank with my old address details Advised Department of Commerce of my new business address............. they send me out my new License and Trade Certifcates as COCKBURN SA 5440 The point of this post........................ Although most of these are government departments you can never every guarantee good customer service...................... however as I have personally exprienced it before and again recently, I can assure you that you wont be disappointed in the customer service that Court Settlements offer!! Its the old saying ............ you get what you pay for!!! Have a great weekend everyone!!!

This is to protect you as the registered proprietor to ensure that your sale proceeds are banked into YOUR account and /or YOUR mortgage is paid out and not a scammer pretending to be you receives the funds!
