My first time there! ....I know I know Sometimes hard to accept, but rest is just as important and essential to achieving your body goals as training is. I rested all wkd and felt fresh walking into the gym on Monday, PBs all round!!!! Then I treated my body to some yoga @Motiv8 Health & Fitness Centre 10:30am Monday!! Rest hard people!
