21.01.2022 Do you have a dairy intolerance or allergy? Ever been concerned about the amount of calcium you are getting? Dairy products aren’t the only food items that contain high amounts of calcium. Unhulled tahini, is a roasted sesame seed spread that contains a high content of calcium 860mg/100gram (roughly 1/4 cup).... Compared to whole milk which only contains 150mg/100mls of calcium. You can use tahini as a spread, replacement for butter, have it with vegetable sticks (carrot, celery), add it to soups or create a dressing with it.
