21.01.2022 Kate - 'My time with Courtney has been life changing, I can not believe all that I have learnt about myself in the past 8 weeks. From smaller things such as what emotion I am actually feeling to going through a huge plan of goals that I will smash through and achieve. She helped me see all parts of myself but also let me become one with myself and learnt to put myself first.... I have changed completely, I have a different mindset towards life and I couldnt be more thankful for for Courtney helping me on this journey. I am clean off any medication to help my moods and I feel 100% better. I am able to recognise how to help myself.
