12.01.2022 Happy Happy New Year!!! I hope everyone enjoyed their holidays and got to spend some quality time with themselves and loved ones. .If there is anything I learnt over this period, it is that there is an OPPORTUNITY to GROW in EVERY situation. What we label say Good or Bad, there’s ALWAYS an opportunity in it to learn about it, to understand it and feel empowered by it. If we aren’t growing - we are dying, so let’s continue to grow this year and continue to be the best version of us. I’m super excited! Lets go 2021.



11.01.2022 So I wrote some of this content a little while ago for the next Indigo E-MAG (soon to be released ) and I couldn’t have picked a better day to share it. If your anything like I was this morning and find yourself in a funk which your struggling to get out of.know that it is OKAY to feel like that. We are human. We are awesomely complex and one big mix bag of emotions! JUST REMEMBER TO -... 1. Give yourself permission on those meh days to feel like you do. 2. Accept how your feeling and sit in it if you want. Most importantly 3. BE KIND TO YOURSELF!!! For me sitting it in by listening to sad music or journaling and then hanging out with uplifting people helps!

04.01.2022 IT'S TRUE. When we focus on things that make us happy, we tend to forget about what’s causing us grief. I think the problem though sometimes, is we forget HOW to feel good. It’s easy to say I want to be happy but how do we be happy when we forget or don’t know what that feels like??? From what I have seen in my clinic, this can be one of the biggest underlying issue’s to why some of us struggle to live a joyful and full-fulling life. We all know what discomfort and pain feel...s like and for some of us we become so used to the struggleit becomes the normal. Happiness, joy and feeling good gets lost and therefore forgotten! SO HOW DO WE BRING IT BACK? Well. It all starts with INTENTION. When you start focusing on what (you think*) you would like to have - you can begin the process to create it. Why not start by trying this -> Write down 3 FEELINGS you want every day for 1 week. (example, happy, excited, calm, peaceful, energised).
