08.01.2022 Hi all! Stephen is making our special mince with Grassfed 70% beef, 15% liver, 15% heart (all grassfed & beef). Check out our packs on the link. Mostly fresh meat but some value added cuts, specify if you want grassfed & no cryovaced products (some folks prefer low amine meat, not cryovaced) theres a big diff. Grassfed can come cryovaced or in fresh hanging meat. Same as lamb & pork. We deal directly with the abattoir & Dave knows what we require, & we have 3 fresh deliveries a week.
