24.01.2022 So I recently received the best compliment one could get - I was asked to make another cake for the lovely Jess who is turning 14 this year but she wanted it to be exactly the same as the cake I made her last year! So here is version 2.0 of the raspberry and white chocolate cake which was accompanied by a dozen vanilla cupcakes and a dozen raspberry cupcakes

07.01.2022 My kiddies had a joint birthday party today and their request for their cake was 1/2 Harry Potter & 1/2 mermaid So much fun to make this one!!! A few little flaws but overall I’m stoked with how it turned out Thank you to the lovely Emma from Strachan Creative for the toppers that I will use for many years to come
