25.01.2022 With Winter already here. We are collecting any old blankets, doonas or warm jackets to help the Homeless and less fortunate get through the cold. You can drop off anything you feel may help to the Café until the end of June. Thank you in advance

At the same time Henry gets to learn the art of giving and to be thankful for what we have. Thank you to all those who were able to donate a present. 19.01.2022 If anyone knows of any elderly people struggling to get out in the local area to get essentials ( toilet paper, bread, milk etc ) please let us know. Well do what we can to help out. Were all in for a tough time. We need to put our heads down, get on with it and look after each other.

17.01.2022 We would like to let everyone know that our EFTPOS provider Tyro has been out of action for the last 2 days. We understand this has been a huge inconvenience to our customers and obviously makes us look bad. Hopefully Tyro will be back up and running tomorrow (Friday ) but there is a possibility we will still be without eftpos facilities. If this is the case we are happy to serve everyone and take payment whenever we are back online in the next days. Pay us when you can. We are really sorry for the inconvenience and hope you will all bare with us.

13.01.2022 After a very constructive meeting with the Mayor, it’s been decided that Council will not be going ahead with the proposed road closure. I would like to thank Randwick Council and The Mayor for their understanding and support and we look forward to working with them in the future to help Coogee prosper. End of the day they really are trying their best for the Community. Also Thankyou for all your letters of support everybody.

With the fires being so devastating this year we are including families who have lost everything. If you can spare a little, please drop a wrapped present with the age and sex on the card so we can pass them on to those doing it tough this time of year

Usually we prefer cash but this has had a huge impact on our business this week and unfortunately caused our customers a huge inconvenience. Just warning everyone in advance to please bring cash or we can serve you and you can pay us when we’re back online. Once again we are really sorry for the inconvenience.
