21.01.2022 8.05pm - Update - Power restored to Darwin, Katherine and surrounding areas. Thank you for your patience. 6.50pm - Update - A gas supply issue at Channel Island... Power Station has now been rectified and we are continuing work to progressively to restore power to Darwin, Katherine and surrounding areas as soon as possible. 5.49pm - Update - Power supply issue affecting areas of Darwin and Katherine has been resolved and progressive restoration is underway. 5.18pm - Update - We are working with Territory Generation to restore power as soon as possible. Wide spread power outages affecting Darwin and surrounding areas. #DarwinNT Crew responding.

14.01.2022 OUTAGE: Large sections of Darwin and surrounds all the way to Katherine are without power with Territory Generation investigating a fault which has cut off supp...ly from the Channel Island power station. The Public Utilities Group has been stood up to manage the situation. Investigations are continuing as to what is the cause of the fault but at this stage there is no timeframe for the restoration of power. See more
