23.01.2022 Cove Fusion have a day off this weekend as the semi-finals of the SAMSL Cup take place. Pulteney take on Plympton Bulldogs while Sporting face West Beach. The final is then due to take place on Thursday, September 6th, on the artificial pitch at Barrett Reserve, kick-off 6.45 p.m.

15.01.2022 Cove Fusion's 6-0 defeat of Southern Cross propelled them into second place in Division 1, but they remain seven points off the pace of leaders West Beach who had a week off. Phoenix showed their intent to finish high up the table by seeing off Sporting 1-0 and reduce the gap to third to just three points. Sporting dropped to sixth as a result, with Adelaide Villa - 4-3 winners over Plympton - moving into fifth. Pulteney also moved up a spot and are now seventh, trading places with Croatia who they defeated 2-1, while the Bulldogs - still with only one point this term - remain bottom.

08.01.2022 Southern Cross were hit for six off the park, and then on it, as Cove Fusion leapfrogged them into second place. Cross, more than proving themselves as a highly competitive Division One side this season since winning promotion in 2017, had a reported 11 injuries and absences to deal with.
