11.01.2022 So great to be back teaching face-to-face and enjoying the beautiful over Manly Beach after the Covid hibernation! Friday’s class has been fully booked for this short Term 2, but enrolments will open soon for Term 3! Thank you to everyone who has shown support and attended my zoom classes - certainly a new approach to teaching a Pilates class!

10.01.2022 Thanks to those who have made it along to these early morning classes all term, we have had some wild weather and dark mornings but it is good to see the commitment and motivation to still make it to Pilates! Friday’s 9.30am class is running as normal this week.

06.01.2022 Working on our hip mobility and pelvic stability in single leg circle work this morning, it is a surprisingly challenging exercise! Class will begin again after the school holidays, enrolment details will be posted soon. Hoping the holiday break will continue with weather like this!

04.01.2022 It was noticeably lighter on my stroll to class at 5.50am this morning - it definitely has that feeling of Spring just around the corner! We did some myofascial release in today’s class - painful but good!
