24.01.2022 As an innovator questions I am often asked are how did you do it or how did you know what to do. At first I didn’t know, it took me 11 years to finally have the guts to say that’s it I’m doing this! I was once told during a conversation with a friend that look around you, everything was invented by someone, and that’s what made me really believe in myself. My advice to you, give yourself one task per day to get the cogs turning. Whether it be research, a phone call or ...meet with someone in an industry that might have tips for you. But if you do this you will find that in time everything just starts to come together and your invention starts to become a reality. It sickens me to hear this young Sydney Police Officer was slashed knowing that my Covertact protective vest could have prevented that injury. This is not ok, it will never be ok. If you take drugs or alcohol you are responsible, no one else... YOU! It should not be found to be a 'special circumstances' case if you abuse alcohol or drugs and then assault any person let alone our emergency services workers. We must not let this slide, we must stand up and call for change in our justice systems.
