08.01.2022 Well, the rally may have ended, and I can say it was an experience of a lifetime. We met some awesome people, hears some amazing stories that kept reminding is why we were doing this, to raise mo at for cancer research. The rally raised over $2.3m. We are still just a little short of the $7k mark ourselves, plus the $450 the jag got at auction, , and the donation page stays open for another couple of weeks, so if anyone was holding off donating in case we didn't make it, we made it, so maybe we can get the odd "holy shit I can't believe it mate it" donation to kick us over $7k
08.01.2022 G'day folks, well, we are now only a couple of weeks out from the rally. In a little over the week the trip south to the start line in Melbourne starts. Something we never could have done without the awesome support of family friends and strangers, all helping us get to the nearly $7000 We have raised for the cancer council. With any luck, we will crack that 7k before the end of the rally. As well as all of you, we have our amazing sponsors, Geoff Mullard from #Solutek, als...o the awesome support from Amanda and Jess and all the team at #PBRaustralia, we owe you girls a drink or 3. Travis Jackson from #CranetechNQ for more than we can mention, #Townsvillebrakeandwheelalignment for getting us on the road, #UniversalcranesNQ for providing the go go juice we'll desperately need. Mike, from Mikes Tyres https://www.bridgestonetyres.com.au/townsville-garbutt for some new rubber, #Donohuestownsville for some amazing raffle #Cooperhydraulics, Matt and the boys at #Meatbarncurrajong for making the best meat trays .. and to Woolfy and Savy for all the help with the raffles.. Hopefully i haven't forgotten anyone. We've got a long way to go before we hit the finish line at Townsville showgrounds on Fri 25th Oct.. Last but not least, Brad and Nat Nolan, for Brad stepping up and jumping in when Serena had to pull out. Not only stepping in but also putting his money where his mouth is. We'll have a ball Bradley, and we may need you road train load of fuel to get us through. Our mileage isn't very good eh Thanks everyone. I'm nervous enough about making the start line, never mind the finish line. #Kixcountry See more

02.01.2022 S**TBOX RALLY: It's the car rally with a name too rude to say on TV, but one that's attracted more than 550 drivers this time around. Crossing the line in Townsville today after a massive journey, drivers are raising money for a worthy cause.
