23.01.2022 IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING RETURN TO CLASSES We are excited to say we are back in person this Monday the 9th of November! There will be some ongoing adjustments to the way classes are run, similar to the process in Term 3. Please take note of the following and let us know if you have any questions ... Classes will return to slightly altered times, with all classes finishing 5mins early to allow for cleaning of the space and minimising numbers within the hall between classes Students are asked to please wait outside/in the car until the class before them has exited before entering the hall We ask that parents do not attend the classes as we are only allowed limited numbers within the hall We ask that parents endeavour to arrive and depart on time to allow for smooth transition of classes We will be keeping an updated record of who attends each class with a phone number in case of need for contact tracing (please advise us if your contact details have/or do change at any point throughout the term) We ask that your child does not attend if they have any symptoms (i.e. sore throat, runny nose, cough etc). This will be screened by the teachers at every class and if we feel your child is unwell we will be calling to have them sent home There will be hand sanitiser available at the front door for everyone to use upon entry and exit and 1.5m social distancing must be maintained by everyone whilst in the hall space Everyone will be required to wear masks whilst entering and exiting the hall, they may be removed for the duration of the exercise class, however if you would like to continue to wear it, our teaching staff will support that. Our teaching staff will be wearing masks throughout the duration of the class Term 4 Class Times: Junior/Inters Line Dancing 4.30-5.25pm Inters/Senior Line Dancing 5.30-6.25pm Social Line Dancing 6.30pm-7.25pm Advanced Line Dancing 7.30-8.25pm (with ongoing Zoom option for those Advanced Line Dancing students unable to attend classes) Please note the last class for this year will be Monday 14th of December Thanks, Kate, Stacey, Jamie, Taylah and Karlie
