01.01.2022 November 1st meant that it was time to start our 6 Week Challenge We ran our very first combined teams bootcamp and it was brilliant! The three that showed up were ready to smash it out and have a real crack at it. It was a different style of workout for the guys but they gave it their best go! I wonder what we will have in store for our Tuesday bootcamp challengers? ... It’s not too late to join the team either! We have left sign ups open until Saturday the 7th of November.
