25.01.2022 We where lucky enough to be able a few (second still yet to leave the shed though) 33ft aluminium tipper bodys for southern cross trailers. If you are looking for a new truck trailer weather its a flat deck, stock crate, steel tipper aluminium tipper or even just parts to keep yours going please show your support to southern cross trailers or southern cross parts as they have supported a small local business like mine.

24.01.2022 Another tradie tray left today. Hilux duel cab 1850mm wide 1750mm long. Solid 76x76x6.5mm front & rear head board. Under tray drawer 1550mm long 725mm wide 95mm deep.(made long enough to fit full length shovel) This style of LED tail lights really change the look of an aluminium tray.

22.01.2022 Been building a few aluminium trailers as people are starting to see the benifits of aluminium over steel. This trailer has a 2.8ton rating so a 2.25ton load is still legal. Trailer bed is 5000mm long with 1950mm between the guards. Slide in ramps to be stored underneath, 3speed hand winch for when the Commodore doesnt want to run.... Tool box at the front to hold tie downs & also keep the electronic brake unit safe & problem free. Even with a trailer this size being aluminium it tows behind better than a 8x5 steel trailer. 22.01.2022 The start of the newest oyster punt for Cowell, this boat including outboards is 10.8m long and 3.6m wide. Upside down and with out cab or sides and its already looking big.

22.01.2022 One of the trays we build alittle while ago. Its good to start seeing more people see the benifits of having an aluminium tray and getting away from the stigma of the traditional aluminium bolt together tray

21.01.2022 Sides still to come but the aluminium tray still makes this ute look good. Aluminium tray fitted with a 1200mm deep drawer, double pressed exposed guards, led tail lights. Cant forget the 316 stainless spare tyre bracket.

15.01.2022 This is the new work shop trailer. Looks rather small but inside the rails its 2400x1650. Fitted with ford 18" mags. This trailer is rated for 750kgs and even with the spare tyre we can legally load over 600kgs of products onto it. The weight of the trailer you cant even tell its behind even if a holden is towing it.

13.01.2022 Full skid drive on trailer. More and more people are starting to realise the benifits of not having rollers. Self centering. ... 2 ton rated 3 speed/geared winch Built to not need to waste time at the ramp. Either more time on the water or an earlier beer after a day on the water.

13.01.2022 We have managed to be pretty lucky to have a fair variety of vehicles to build trays and canopies for. This is one of my favorites. Its a pitty the camera quality wasnt very good for a few of these photos.

08.01.2022 The only photos i have but this is a tray we built for this duel cab last year. Fitted it up with a custom 700mm box, a new profile of ute sides, twin spares mounted to the canopie and a solid bolt on aluminium roof made with a drop down to fit a roof top tent to allow it to have less wind drag. Ill try organise some photos with the canvas sides fitted and the roof top tent folded out. Ideal for the best of both worlds of having a canopie and an open tray.

05.01.2022 Small canopie we built the other week. Nice little 3mm solid canopy, 33' tyre mounted to the rear with a jerry can holder both side's on the incorporated step for easy access to the roof.

05.01.2022 An inclosed car trailer/mobile workshop fully aluminium with an aluminium composite pannel side and roof. Fitted with a PA door, sliding window, drop down full width rear section to be used as a ramp as well as a platform. 6 stabilizer drop down legs to keep it stable while stationery. Slide in aluminium stairs to make the trailer have easy access. Fitted out with aluminium fold up benches and shelves.

01.01.2022 We had the opportunity to build this tri axle trailer for this big cat. Have been seeing alot of photos of Steve's catches, he seems to know where the snapper are apparently hiding in the gulf. If you feel like a good day out on the water give him a call so the trailer is able to be out on show in whyalla more often.
