24.01.2022 Today, Cowes Conveyancing conducted the FIRST EVER linked electronic settlement in Victoria. (That's a sale and a purchase at the same time, for those not down with the e-settlement lingo). That's us - bringing Conveyancing into the 21st Century!!!

18.01.2022 A client rang after his property settlement recently to give us this feedback on his experience: Alyse has been absolutely outstanding throughout the sale of my property, I would highly recommend her services to anyone and will definitely be using her again in the future

15.01.2022 We are now regularly conducting electronic settlements via PEXA. The benefits to the client of an electronic settlement is: 1. More reliability less chance of last minute delays in settlement; 2. Vendor has fast access to cleared funds, no more waiting for cheques to clear;... 3. Title transferred to Purchaser instantaneously; 4. Significant savings in client's out-of-pocket costs. Discuss electronic settlements with our Conveyancing specialist, Alyse Brenstrum, by calling (03) 5952 1361.

09.01.2022 We have recently been contracted to act for several banks including CBA, NAB and ANZ in their Cowes settlements. You may see our staff scooting around town on their way to these settlements on our new scooter!

04.01.2022 If you didn't see in the Advertiser this week, there is a Family Violence Forum this Friday, between 6pm and 8pm at the Cowes Football & Netball Club. Deb Leona...rd will be speaking on various legal issues surrounding family violence, including Intervention Orders, Family Law and protecting the children. This is an issue we feel very passionately about, and believe all the community should be aware of, whether or not they are directly affected! If you are available, please come down.

03.01.2022 There are horrific crimes being committed against men, women and children in offshore detention centres. Australia is responsible for these people and they deserve our protection. Free the Children Nauru are petitioning the government to immediately transfer all people being held in the Nauru and Manus Regional Processing Centres to Australia to have their claims determined. We have a copy of the petition at our office front desk. If you are in Cowes, please drop in to sign the petition. Hopefully, with enough support we can bring about some positive change! https://www.facebook.com/Free-the-Children-NAURU-839867502797443/
