09.01.2022 Great to see so many shooters taking part in our first competition of 2021. Weather was fine to start with but deteriorated rapidly later in the afternoon. A fine time was had by all.

08.01.2022 Learner/practice afternoon this Saturday 19 December commencing at 2pm. Please note: There will NOT be a learner/practice afternoon in January.

08.01.2022 Xmas shoot was a very friendly afternoon of competition, but boy, oh, boy did the wind come with gusto!! Before we knew it, we had rain as well but despite all of this, some good scores were recorded.

06.01.2022 NSWCTA COVID-19 travel update received one hour ago. Cowra Gun Club therefore advise the competition on Saturday 3 October which commences at the earlier time of 9am will be open to all shooters. This is NOT the 2020 CZ carnival rather the opportunity to compete for the CZ championships. No team selections will take place. Please be self-sufficient as catering will not be provided. As they say, please take care, stay safe & be vigilant with safety protocols.

05.01.2022 Perfect conditions at Cowra yesterday saw Rohan Fleming win the Central Zone Noel Dwight Memorial Handicap and Tony O'Leary take out the Lachlan Valley Single Barrel as well as the High Gun for the day. That's three High Guns in a row for Tony ! Well done mate.

04.01.2022 The next monthly competition will include the Central Zone Noel Dwight Memorial Handicap. As many of you would know, Noel was a stalwart of the Cowra Club and the Central Zone for many years so come along and celebrate in his memory. As per usual, the current COVID-19 restrictions will apply and catering will not be provided so please bring your own goodies!
