The easing of restrictions from Level 3 down to Level 2 now means we are able to resume a larger range of dental procedures including:... - Check up with X-rays - Fillings - Non-surgical tooth extractions - Orthodontic procedures (e.g. Invisalign, braces) - Crowns, bridges and veneers - Root canal treatments - Dentures We still have our precautionary measures in place which include: 1) All dental visits by appointment only (Please phone before coming in) 2) Temperature checks prior to entry. 3) Use of increased PPE (personal protective equipment) 4) Extra time is allocated for each appointment in order to minimize patient contact in waiting rooms 5) The recommendation that patients attend alone or with minimal accompanying persons 6) Alcohol sanitizer available at all times As always, the health and safety of our staff, patients and the community remains our top priority! 14.01.2022 ***IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT*** Cowra Dental Group have made the tough decision to temporarily suspend all NON-EMERGENCY TREATMENT for the foreseeable future. This decision has not been made lightly but with the current circumstances we believe it is the best option to keep both our patients and staff safe. 12.01.2022 Have you met Dr. Aidan Tinney yet? Aidan has provided his dental care all over the world in Scotland, Perth, Broken Hill, South America and Bondi Junction. Dr Aidan Tinney graduated from Dundee University in Scotland in 2011 and has been a dentist in Australia for over 8 years. He has worked for the Royal Flying Doctor Service in Broken Hill working with the Public Dental Schemes of Far West NSW healthcare, Maari Ma Aboriginal clinics and would fly to communities in Queensl...and, NSW and South Australia to provide dental care. He has taken on the lead role dentist at Cowra Dental Group, offering a complete range of preventative, restorative, implant and cosmetic dentistry services. He has extensive experience with crown and bridge work, veneers, dental implants, root canal treatment, invisalign, botox and fillers and sleep dentistry. Aidan has a genuine love for general dentistry and has studied different aspects of dentistry to guide his patients in the best way possible. He takes pride in keeping his skills and knowledge up to date by attending various courses, particularly in restorative and cosmetic dentistry.
