24.01.2022 Nature is a wonderful thing. The Blue Mountains are slowly rejuvenating themselves. Healing after the fires in due time. People are the same, sometimes we need to be kind to ourselves after a trauma and give ourselves time to heal.

20.01.2022 I love this post by Jill Alman Bernstein. It is so true. If you spend your day looking for the things that make you smile, no matter how small they are, that is what you will find. Unfortunately it is likewise for the negative things in your day, week, life. If you spend time looking for negative things that is what you will find. So, please spend you time looking for the positive things in each day and notice how they keep popping up. Then notice how the happiness comes to your life.

In reality we need to be with someone who accepts us for who we are, loves us without wanting to change us and brings out the best in us, baggage and all. We all still have that inner child that needs to be accepted, protected, nurtured, loved and cared for. Simply so that inner child can come back out and play.

You can make an appointment through phoning me, texting me, or emailing me. Stay safe, stay at home if possible, and practice safe social distancing. Most of all look after yourself and your loved ones.

Visiting places of high energy such as waterfalls, national parks, rain forests, even the beach has been discovered to be good for your mental health and wellbeing. Spending some time in the presence of this nice little waterfall after a short walk was revitalising to say the least. Such a beautiful spot.
