23.01.2022 Cowra InterClub is Cancelled Given the current circumstances surrounding the Covid-19 situation, we as a Club have decided to Cancel the upcoming InterClub Race day on Sunday...! We are very Sorry to have to do this and apologise for any inconveniences caused but we must put the health and wellbeing of all the Triathletes and their Families first...! ... We hope that you can enjoy the Weekend with your Families and hope to see you in Cowra for the next Tri Season.....

22.01.2022 We had our first triathlon this morning for the 2020 year - the results showed a few had a festive Christmas and New Year (not mentioning names - El Presidente). Others did some training with Kate Price (3 minute PB) Hagon Williams (6 minute PB) and Reilly Collins stepped up to the 4 lap distance - well done. The full results are 1 Lap - Ryan Hudson 26.18 2 Lap Kate Price 37.03, Laura Price 39.22, Hagon Williams 40.13, Linda Jonkers 40.33, Darrell Makin 48.59, Scott Vickary DNS again 4 Lap - Mick Stallard 54.30, Baden Dickson 65.06, Glen Hudson 68.47, Reilly Collins 70.06, Mark Fisher DNF

14.01.2022 Well only 6 competitors today and as the heat was oppressive we decided to do 1 lap and 2 lap distances only - the results were 1 lap - Ryan Hudson 27.35 - 2 Lap - Rielly Collins 34.23, Mark Fisher 31.14, Glen Hudson 36.44, Kate Price 37.19 and Laura Price 38.12 - well done to Reilly and Laura both achieving PBs in the heat

04.01.2022 Well it was a lil Wet in Dubbo this morning, but that didn’t deter our 6 Cowra Triathletes from competing... so with the Bike leg cancelled due to safety concerns it was on with a Duathlon instead... Run, Swim, Run...! A big Congratulations goes to our Mini Men... Ryan Hudson took out First Place in the Mini Man and Rory Sullivan took out First in the Super Sprint... The Big Boys competed well in the Sprint distance with Joe Sullivan and Reilly Collins com...ing in 6th and 7th consecutively in the <20’s... While John Sullivan came in 4th followed by Glen Hudson in 5th in their age group...! A Big Thankyou to Dubbo Triathlon Club for hosting today’s Interclub Event...! See more

Juniors - 50m Swim 2km Bike 400m Run Super Sprint - 200m Swim 9km Bike 2km Run InterClub - 2km Run 200m Swim 9km Bike 200m Swim 9km Bike 2km Run We are currently working on online Registrations so we will keep you posted about that as it comes along, worst case we will take Regos on the morning...! 01.01.2022 CENTRAL WEST INTERCLUB - ROUND 4 UPDATE Despite the change to a duathlon format due to poor water quality at Gosling Reservoir, the 4th round of the Central... West Interclub had a great turnout and all competitors got the chance to christen the new, expanded cycle track at the Reserve. Unsurprisingly, hosts Orange Cycle & Triathlon Club - The Piranhas cemented their first-place position thanks in part to a number of our talented youth & junior athletes, and now have an unassailable lead going into Round 5 at Cowra. The Mudgee Triathlon Club Red Devils have a ten-point gap over the Bathurst Wallabies Triathlon Club (Official) who round out the podium in this penultimate event. The Dubbo Triathlon Club Stampede had a solid presence at the race, but it wasn't enough to close the gap on the Wallabies. Meanwhile the Cowra Triathlon Club Cobras had their biggest turnout yet, which bodes well for them as they prepare to host the grand final round on March 22nd. Our thanks go out to all the clubs in this series, who have each hosted Interclub races with enthusiasm & diligence. We look forward to seeing the results of Round 5.
