15.01.2022 We have a vacancy for a CASUAL Housekeeper. The ability to work unsupervised is essential. Self motivation, attention to detail and initiative are the 3 qualities we are most looking for. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred and must be available weekends and short notice. This casual position is depending on our occupancy. 2 - 10 hours per week.... Cleaning of cabins, amenities and other common facilities are the required duties. You have to like things to sparkle and be able to work in a fast paced environment. 13.01.2022 Create your own Bonsai Workshop - Saturday 10th October 2020. Cath Duncan will be hosting a Bonsai workshop at Cowra Japanese Garden and Cultural Centre on Satu...rday 10th October from 10am-12pm. This workshop will be to create your own Bonsai to take home with you. The tuition is free however the materials for the workshop will cost $25.00, this includes a pot, tree, wire and soil. Usual entry fees to the Garden will apply; if you have a current Friend of the Garden annual pass your entry is free. If you wish to attend you will need to book your place by phoning the Garden on 6341 2233. Places are limited with only 8 spots available so we recommend you book early.
