20.01.2022 Today marks four years since handover of one of our favourite projects - Australia’s first purpose built Seaplane Terminal for @sydney_seaplanes The 2017 MBA NSW Excellence in Construction Awards Winning Project for Hospitality Buildings Up to $5M & the 2017 MBA National Excellence in Construction Awards - Finalist for Commercial / Industrial Projects Under $5M, the unique project involved piling and installation of precast headstock beams and slabs to form a structure suspen...ded over the harbour at Rose Bay. The world class facility encompasses a luxurious Lounge & Bar, Terminal, Administration Offices, VIP space, Function area and Artifacts Museum. 20.01.2022 The team have been busy at @lasallebankstown with the Heart Building Level 3 pour underway... An impressive site with the boom at full extension 60m from hopper to hose and dual feed service from #concrite making light work of the 220m3 pour. 11.01.2022 Brilliant way to finish off the working week with receipt of the Final Occupation Certificate for our project at Good Samaritan College with @ctpg01 @jdharchitects The $12M project delivered within 11 months involved construction of an additional 2,000sqm of teaching space above an existing TAS Building, bridge link and additions to Block C, and ancillary works to support the growing school community. 08.01.2022 We received fantastic news this week from @qoharchitects that the completed project at Holy Innocents Primary School, Croydon has received a commendation award from Learning Environments Australasia. The project was awarded a commendation of Category 5 Renovation/Modernisation under $5 Million AUD....
