19.01.2022 Food for thought........ Something I’m noticing daily in clinical practice. Our current western lifestyle definitely has us sitting or stationary more than ever. Our brains have become visually over stimulated with screen time while our bodies have become physically under-stimulated by lack of movement. You need to treat the cause, not just the symptom if you want to feel better. It’s an ongoing journey - not a destination. You only get one body - one spine.... so look after it. Dr. Jen
