24.01.2022 DRESSAGE NIGHT WAITLIST Our first Dressage Night of 2020 has sold out in a record time of 7hrs. We know that many keen competitors have missed out on an opportunity to ride so we will be opening a waitlist for all classes at 5pm, Tuesday 15th September on Global Entries ... To join the waitlist, enter as you would a normal class, pay the entry fee & ground fee & provide all the required details (current CPEC membership is required as well as EA membership make sure you have your EA number ready) You will be asked to select which test you want to go on the waitlist for (you may only select one) If you select Choose your Own Test you will also be asked to name the test you wish to ride. As spaces become available riders will be added to the draw from the waitlist. If you are on the waitlist but are not given the opportunity to compete, we will give you the chance to register early for the next Dressage Night. Anyone who doesn’t ride at this event can have their entry fee & ground fee refunded. People who have already entered the September Dressage Night are not eligible to go on the waitlist. There is no other way to enter Dressage Night than via Global Entries. 23.01.2022 DRESSAGE NIGHT Congratulations to all our competitors, coaches, volunteers and organisers. I have just received some lovely feedback from one of our judges. "Congratulations - a good night despite the weather - I was impressed with the competitors they have come a long way over the last few years. The competitors rode well and certainly compete favourably with other clubs in Sydney well done to all the instructors and riders."... The next Dressage Night will be on the 6th November. Tests will be: Prep E Preliminary 1B Novice 2B Choose you own test

22.01.2022 Please see below revised times for all classes and course walk for tonight. Please note NO changes or late entries will be accepted. CLASS 1 - X-RAILS : 5.30PM TO 6.15PM CLASS 2 - 60CM : 6.20PM TO 7.00PM CLASS 3 - 70CM : 7.05PM TO 7.25PM... CLASS 4 - 80CM : 7.30PM TO 7.55PM CLASS 5 - 90CM : 8.00PM TO 8.20PM Course walk for X-Rails, 60cm & 70cm will be at 5.20pm and for 80cm & 90cm at 7.25pm. Class 1 X-Rails will start at 5.30pm sharp. All riders in Class 1 X-Rails are required to be ready before the course walk. Draw runs to open order i.e. there are no assigned draw times. You may jump your round anytime within the allocated class time. Please note warm up for each class will close 10 mins prior to the class finish time. Failing to do so will result in forfeit of entry (IF YOU ARE NOT ON TIME FOR YOUR CLASS, YOU WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO RIDE). Report to the marshal to record your name in the order. Please present to the start box prior to the conclusion of the previous rider's round. A reminder that a maximum of 4 riders are allowed in the warm up area at any time and please remember to practice social distancing at all times, even when on your horse. As you all know we cannot run jump nights without volunteers. Please help us make the night run smoothly. We need volunteers to help set up the course at 4.45pm and pack up at 8.30pm. We have a very busy night ahead, so we will need all hands on deck. New participants might not be aware but the lights at CPEC goes out at 9pm so all the rounds have to be completed by 8.30pm to allow enough for packing up and cleaning. 20.01.2022 JUMP NIGHT CLASS TIMES ARE OUT The evening will be themed, a touch Xmas (remember don't make your horse look scary to other horses). The club will be providing pizzas to all competitors. We are looking forward to a great night of jumping. You will find attached the list of participants. An email has been sent to all participants with some important information. Please note we have an early start tomorrow, first horse at 5.15pm.

20.01.2022 DRESSAGE NIGHT DRAFT DRAW The draft draw for Friday's competition is now available. Please note the earlier start time of 5.20pm The final draw will be posted closer to the event. Competitors are reminded to submit their Covid Declarations to [email protected] asap. The form is on Global Entries. ... As always, our awesome volunteers will play a huge role in the success of the night. Many thanks to those people who have already put their hand up to help. We still need your help with the following jobs: 1x PENCILLER - the night can't happen if this role isn't filled (this job can be shared) 2x SCORERS - add the scores into a spreadsheet that will automatically tally the results and places 2x MARSHALS - manage the warm up & support arenas (these jobs can be shared) 2+ General Assistants (help set up & pack away judges tables, equipment, prizes etc) All competitors to help set up the arenas at 4.45pm! All competitors to help pack up the arenas after the final horse has left the arena! Competitors are reminded that they (or an elected representative) are expected to assist. 17.01.2022 JUMP NIGHT NEEDS YOU Jump Night is on tonight! As always, our awesome volunteers will play a huge role in the success of the night. We need your help with the following jobs: 2 x TIME KEEPER - the night can't happen if this role isn't filled (this job can also be shared)... All competitors to help set up the arenas at 4.45pm! 2+ ARENA STEWARDS The job of the arena steward is to maintain the course, i.e. pick up poles in the ring, etc. This job could be shared with multiple people. All competitors to help pack up the arenas! Competitors are reminded that they (or an elected representative) are expected to assist. Thanks everyone, we look forward to another great night.

15.01.2022 Hello CPEC Members! If you haven’t heard the news already Olympian Rebel Morrow is coming to CPEC! Rebel is an Australian Olympic eventing rider. She competed at the 2004 Summer Olympics in Athens where she finished 11th in the individual and 6th in the team competition. An incredible opportunity for all riders! This one is not to be missed! 06.01.2022 Spring Jump Night. We are looking forward to a great night of jumping. You will find attached the list of participants for tomorrow. Things are very different this time due to Covid-19. You will also find below some important information for tomorrow's event. It is important you read carefully and abide by all the instructions outlined in the Covid-19 Operational & Safety Plan. Please note it is a very very very busy night tomorrow. We ask all participants to cooperate to ensure the night runs smoothly and we finish on time.
