23.01.2022 Stepping back a few years to 2011 - 2013 with Gorgon LNG project. Gorgon project is on Barrow Island sitting approx 80km our to sea off the mid West Coast of WA. We supplied CB&I 3x Putz 58-5s for the Concrete works on the LNG tanks, along with a Putz MX 36 placing boom and 2110 trailer pump. Unfortunately Im not sure we will see project to this scale again? Many of our current Face Book friends were on this project operating the pumps for Meales and CB&I. Leightons also ha...d 2x47s and 2x36s on site which we also supplied. 20.01.2022 This week we delivered another Putz BSF 28-4 to the Westgate Tunnel precast yard in Benalla, regional Victoria. This time is was a pre loved 28 which received a full going over before being delivered. With precast elements being poured day and night this unit will fit in just nicely. Once again John Holland and CPB Contractors sticking with a brand they can rely on.

The MXG 42-5 is not Putzmeisters most commonly sold placing boom however it is in a league of its own on large civil projects like Hinkley Point C and Australian LNG projects. Low unfolding and operating height, very small outrigger footprint, and when optioned with the high pressure pump kit it is more than capable of hooking in for high rise or long line pushes . Forgot to mention also a very handy rig for shotcrete. It might lack a little bit of reach but has plenty else going for it

Happy to be delivering this new unit to City West Concrete Pumping, and I am sure it will be a great tool in their Shotcrete operation.
