19.01.2022 Well this was good (amazing) while it lasted As of today we will wrap up all outdoor face to face training & take things 100% Online. Thank you my wonderful clients for your on going support 2020 has been a challenge that’s for sure- but I know one day soon it will become a memory & we would have learned to love & appreciate the finer things things in life (maybe even appreciate doing burpees together in the studio ) If I can help you with some LIVE workouts, personalised written programs, a good old chat, whatever it may be- please hola at me. 11.01.2022 It is with a very heavy heart that CP PT will be forced to close again tonight in line with the Government guidelines The last couple of weeks of being back in the studio with you all has been incredible & I have loved every minute (& treasured it). I can’t thank each of you enough for your beautiful heart felt msgs that you have sent I will get back to you ASAP over the next couple of days with where to from here as I put together an action plan for the next 6 weeks or so.
