Whether you are slowly returning to the office or still working from home try to find as close to good postural alignment as much as possible within your environment. feet flat on the floor ... elbows, knees and hips at 90 angles computer monitor is at eye level and arms length away. If you have a laptop and a keyboard, prop your laptop on top of some books. Fingers are relaxed and wrists and back straight.
