22.01.2022 Final course at Kanchanaburi on the circuit was planned to provide a top instructing experience for the Todd Group attending instructing team. This is what the ...mil CQC instructor trade craft is all about, delivering specialist skills training to military groups. Over 40 mil pers including officers undertook this final course with enthusiasm and commitment. This is what the Todd Group, formerly the Baldock institute have been doing for over 90 years. Military CQC/MSD instructor competency requires decades of exponent and proponent training followed by mil assistant instructor and instructor duty to build the required instructor confidence and competence. Todd Group provides such expertise and opportunities to those that have the required quals and fitting attitudes. Training non-English speaking mil CQC courses requires the instructor to deliver training by the required means and methods to ensure the soldiers under their instruction achieve the required objectives attainment levels. There must be safety guidelines as the skills are often lethal kill or die means of threat neuralisation. There is a huge responsibility being on the instructing team and it requires all instructors to be of high integrity. The hospitality provided by our military hosts was first class and included being taken to the Death Railway Museum and the Bridge over the River Kwai. 17.01.2022 The weekend recruiting course at Camp Todd has attracted a forty strong muster. This combined with upcoming introductory training at Todd Group HQ for applican...ts for the August intake will continue until early August. The interest is high and this weekends new entry exponents course is a full muster. There are three phase 1 courses of instruction being conducted simultaneously along with a phase 2 advanced course. There are fourteen phase 3 instructors conducting the training. The next free introductory training for those interested in applying for the August intake will be at Todd Group HQ on the evening of Thursday July 23 followed by another free introductory training session at Camp Todd on Saturday July 25. (When striking) the use of pads, bags and protective equipment is useful for working power but there are other times where correct/precise targeting is needed as well.... . . 02.01.2022 The CPP course training at Todd Group HQ. The course combined with HQ phase 2 and 3 members had a solid evening of 4 hours of CPP CQC training at Todd Group HQ... after a full day of training at the camp. The course stayed and trained at camp Todd and Todd Group HQ before departing for Thailand the Todd Group International hub country where they will under go another week of training and training exercises. They benefited by training with HQ instructors and exponents that provided a top enemy party. There have already been inquiries for positions on the next CPP course in 2020. See more
