For a while now, we have been thinking about how we could do a Christmas Cake range that could be posted Australia Wide for gift giving, yet unfortunately with the way we have previously iced them in the past would have made this impossible as they just would not have withstood the whole process of being mailed and arriving in one piece, and considering the amount of time we spend on each individual cake, this ...would have been heartbreaking for us, let alone our beautiful customers. So, as we never compromise on quality, we designed a truly stunning Decorated Christmas Cake, generously topped with our premium nut mix of Almonds, Brazil Nuts, Cashews, Pecans and Walnuts, Glace Cherries and then coated with either a Rum or Brandy Glaze, depending on the cake you choose. We also took everyone's feedback and now offer all our Christmas Cakes in Gluten Free!
