22.01.2022 *IMPORTANT NOTICE* Please share this around! We recently had a customer come in who had a problem with their suburban hot water system, once he mentioned the system had been replaced in the last 12 months we checked the serial number and it turned out his system was among the serial numbers under the recall, they had no idea and have been using it on gas the entire time, as the systems under recall could be emitting carbon monoxide into the caravan while in use on gas this could have resulted in serious injury or death. So PLEASE share this around and if you are unsure please get it looked at ASAP. 17.01.2022 Aluminium wheel spacers and big heavy caravans do not mix well! Scary to think this van has not had a service in 5 years.. who knows how long this has been cracked like this! Get your van serviced regularly and dont use wheel spacers!
