19.01.2022 We are heartbroken to announce that we will be closing up our shop front in Gladstone as of Friday 27th March until further notice. We will still be operating through our Rockhampton office CQ Party Hire and will be honouring existings bookings. We've had a lot of people contacting us this last week about postponing and cancelling bookings. Please be assured we will be in touch with you over the next few days to discuss your options. You will still be able to phone or email ...us with new inquiries, and we are still taking plenty of bookings for 2021 weddings and events. We will be updating our contact details as soon as possible. We would like to thank our team members and clients for their support, and are deeply saddened that we've had to let staff go. It has been a difficult time for everyone. If you do have any questions, please reach out to us. We appreciate all our customers, and can’t stress enough to look at your options to #postponenotcancel your wedding or event.

08.01.2022 Repost - Put on your dancing shoes We’re easing restrictions around dancing at weddings under Queensland’s new roadmap. Now wedding-goers can kick up their heels in true celebratory style, we’re looking for an upturn in business and, in this industry, that means more jobs, especially for our hospitality workers who have been doing it tough.... From 1am November 1, up to 40 people can dance at weddings with a COVID Safe Plan. And it doesn’t end there. From 1am December 1, restrictions will ease again allowing everyone to dance at weddings.

04.01.2022 It was safety-first for our set up at Nhlundu Gladstone. The brief was for a drivethough flu shot clinic, set up an unlevel carpark. CQ Party Hire assesed the situation and using our stage pieces created a level platform and shade marquee that ticked all the boxes for our client
